Conversational AI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Train and enhance the AI agent's responses through systematic content and configuration improvements.

• Maintain and refresh Knowledge Base content to ensure the AI agent's answers remain precise and up-to-date.

• Observe live chat interactions to pinpoint inaccurate or ambiguous AI responses and take action to correct them.

• Revise AI configurations when there are changes in promotions, bonuses, or policies.

• Collaborate with the technical vendor to report and monitor issues, making sure that fixes are tested before going live.

• Assist in monitoring after updates to verify that the AI agent functions correctly for users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Polish (native or near-native) and English, both in spoken and written forms.

• Prior experience with AI chatbot or virtual assistant platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow or similar conversational AI tools) is preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and a systematic, analytical approach for identifying and addressing inconsistencies in AI responses.

• Comfortable working with basic structured data formats (e.g., interpreting simple JSON-like data); comprehensive training will be provided.

• Familiarity with project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) is advantageous.

• Strong written communication abilities, capable of documenting issues clearly and coordinating with technical teams.

• Prior experience in iGaming, customer support, or live chat operations is beneficial.

• Previous involvement in content writing, knowledge base management, or FAQ documentation is a plus.

• An eagerness to learn about AI/chatbot technology and an openness to new tools.
