Solutions Specialist – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Design intelligent workflows and implement best practices to assist customers in scaling AI deployment throughout their organization.

• Act as a technical expert in AI for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Account teams to identify cross-sell opportunities by uncovering impactful AI use cases.

• Work alongside sales leadership to develop narratives surrounding Procore’s AI ecosystem.

• Conduct technical discovery to analyze customer data architectures and pinpoint entry points for AI automation.

• Create and showcase AI agents by configuring tool usage and instructions for agent behavior.

• Design and present customized demonstrations and high-fidelity proofs-of-concept.

• Convert customer requirements and opportunities into technical solutions and implementation strategies.

• Report directly to Greg Wilson within the Advanced Technology division.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in technical solutions consulting or roles that involve customer-facing technical interactions.

• Capability to advise on the integration of AI within a technology stack, including API integrations and cloud-based infrastructures.

• Proven ability to identify areas for growth and drive additional revenue through technical consulting.

• Strong personal and professional engagement with AI technologies.

• Knowledge of the foundational technologies that enable AI and machine learning.

• Outstanding skills in narrative development.

• Proficiency in advanced prompt engineering and evaluating AI agents.

• Comfortable presenting to executives, operational teams, and technical audiences.

• Demonstrates curiosity, resourcefulness, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
