Controllership Analyst – Mid Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Initiate requests for the recruitment of contractors (PJ) within the directorate across five management sectors, adhering to Governance regulations;

• Track and manage the directorate’s workforce (including hires, departures, or transitions between CLT and PJ) and provide monthly updates to the HC system;

• Conduct monthly assessments of CLT capitalizations in the TAPs in collaboration with managers and TAP owners/focal points, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation;

• Reconcile postings of invoices (NF), order placements, and address any discrepancies;

• Document provisions for entries that are due but have not yet been posted in SAP;

• Assist in Opex forecasting;

• Aid in Capex forecasting for the Data Directorate and the TAPs under our management;

• Facilitate the procurement and renewal processes for licenses and services for the directorate (including requests, registrations, contracts, orders, invoicing, and accounting entries);

• Proven experience in organization, planning, and control;

• Background in administrative and financial/accounting functions;

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines;

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
