Control-M Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and monitor processes performed through Control-M.

• Coordinate and carry out functional testing activities to ensure business requirements are fulfilled.

• Serve as the main liaison between business users and technical teams.

• Examine functional incidents, coordinate investigations, and follow up on the resolution of issues.

• Offer operational support and validate deliverables prior to production releases.

• Organize activities related to enhancements, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collect and comprehend business requirements, translating them into functional solutions.

• Ensure thorough documentation of processes, test cases, and operational procedures.

• Assist users during the testing and implementation phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Control-M in functional, operational, or support roles.

• Proven experience in coordinating and conducting functional testing activities.

• Strong knowledge of batch processing, scheduling, and workflow monitoring.

• Proficient in SQL Server and SQL querying.

• Basic understanding of Python programming.

• Experience collaborating directly with business users and technical teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proficient in English at a minimum B2 level.
