Control-M Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and monitor processes carried out through Control-M.

• Organize and implement functional testing activities to ensure compliance with business requirements.

• Serve as the main liaison between business users and technical teams.

• Evaluate functional incidents, coordinate investigations, and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Offer operational support and verify deliverables prior to production releases.

• Manage activities related to enhancements, changes, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Collect and comprehend business requirements, converting them into functional solutions.

• Ensure thorough documentation of processes, test cases, and operational procedures.

• Assist users throughout the testing and implementation phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Control-M in functional, operational, or support settings.

• Proven experience in coordinating and executing functional testing activities.

• In-depth understanding of batch processing, scheduling, and workflow monitoring.

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL querying techniques.

• Basic understanding of Python programming.

• Experience collaborating directly with business users and technical teams.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in English: Minimum B2 level.
