Contributing Faculty – Physical Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Delivers engaging, clinically-focused educational experiences for students pursuing careers in health sciences.

• Fulfills all course management responsibilities to adhere to program timelines.

• Develops and presents course materials effectively.

• Tracks student progress and provides constructive feedback as necessary.

• Encourages student involvement in various learning activities.

• Reports on student performance and utilizes this data to enhance teaching and learning strategies.

• Evaluates student achievements on assignments, exams, and projects.

• Maintains communication with the program director regarding any student challenges or concerns that may arise.

• Conducts annual self-assessments of teaching effectiveness and sets improvement objectives.

• Ensures course content remains up-to-date and aligns with the policy for course consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in distance learning.

• Specialty in cardiopulmonary care.

• A terminal degree is preferred; however, candidates with a post-professional master's degree or clinical doctorate and proven clinical expertise who plan to pursue a terminal degree will also be considered.

• Previous teaching experience is preferred, which may include online instruction.

• Preferred experience in scholarly activities.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience relevant to the course content is required.

• Familiarity with educational theories and methodologies is essential.
