Contracts Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the preparation and negotiation of software licensing and service contracts.

• Engaging in the drafting and negotiation of software license agreements as well as professional services contracts.

• Evaluating RFPs, Tenders, RFIs, and RFQs.

• Providing guidance to sales management regarding contractual rights and responsibilities.

• Interpreting contract policies and operational practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English at CEFR B2 level or higher.

• 2-5 years of experience in contract management and negotiation or relevant experience in drafting and negotiating agreements.

• Knowledge of the development, negotiation, and execution of contracts.

• Capability to excel in a team-oriented setting.

• Highly organized and efficient.

• Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under tight deadlines.

• Capacity to work swiftly while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrated analytical skills along with proficiency in written and verbal communication.
