This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +2 more states.
• Take charge of the contracting process by overseeing proposal evaluations and negotiations with minimal guidance.
• Analyze contract language, evaluate risks, and negotiate legal terms directly with clients before escalating issues to attorneys.
• Oversee contract lifecycles and ensure data governance for all client agreements.
• Manage the DealHub CPQ system, which includes approval workflows and document templates.
• Implement AI-driven process enhancements to minimize manual tasks, expedite workflows, and enhance reporting.
• Organize incoming contract requests, resolving or directing them while coordinating with sales and legal teams.
• Ensure compliant contract documentation and generate legal matter reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Review and assimilate legacy contracts following acquisitions.
• Provide guidance to leadership regarding contract obligations, risks, and negotiation strategies.
• Foster relationships across sales, operations, legal, and finance departments.
• Lead or assist in cross-functional projects related to contract administration and reporting.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in contract administration or as a paralegal.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in compliance.
• Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Required experience in administering DealHub or another CPQ tool.
• Familiarity with AI tools or experience in implementing automation-driven process improvements is advantageous.
• A keen interest in contract language and legal terminology.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capability to clearly articulate complex terms and manage expectations among sales, legal, and leadership teams.
