Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Draft and evaluate legal and business terms in accordance with the contract playbook, seeking attorney assistance as necessary.

• Independently oversee a substantial volume of legal reviews for contracts of varying sizes with minimal supervision and within designated turnaround periods.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the IQVIA US Business Line, service offerings, and products/services through the review and preparation of agreements.

• Convey and express concerns to the relevant USCC and business representatives effectively.

• Leverage business insight to devise solutions that address client issues while aligning with IQVIA's business goals.

• Recognize and aid in the implementation and communication of contracting efficiencies in partnership with departments and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is mandatory.

• 3–4 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, redlining, or negotiating contracts, ideally within a corporate legal or contracts administration setting, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.

• Proficient in English.

• Familiarity and comfort with legal terminology.

• Strong expertise in project management.

• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Robust analytical skills.

• Capability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.

• Experience with contracts lifecycle management systems such as CONGA, Ironclad, or Agiloft is advantageous.
