This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• You assess client properties with vendors to verify existing provider agreements.
• You analyze surveys completed by our clients to better understand their requirements.
• You examine and interpret current agreements to extract essential terms.
• You uncover opportunities with vendors for new and/or competitive proposals.
• You create comprehensive proposal summaries for client presentations, including financial forecasts.
• You negotiate the business and financial terms of proposals.
• You review draft contracts for accuracy.
• You handle a substantial volume of projects and tasks for a rapidly growing B2B business.
• You possess a strong "figure it out" mindset: You quickly absorb information and new concepts, effectively applying them in practice to implement successful solutions.
• You have robust business acumen: You grasp fundamental business principles, coupled with analytical skills that allow you to derive insights, propose options, and refine solutions.
• You are detail-oriented and possess critical thinking abilities.
• You have experience in efficiently managing and prioritizing a large volume of tasks and projects while maintaining organization.
• You can work independently, execute a plan, and meet deadlines.
• You demonstrate a high level of self-discipline, organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and self-motivation.
• You can effectively juggle multiple projects and tasks while recognizing how to prioritize them.
• You have a strong desire for ongoing professional and personal growth.
• You communicate effectively with various audiences and understand their needs.
• You possess intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
• You have two years of experience in a related field.
• You are willing to travel up to 5% of the time.
• You have the ability to work from a home office.
• A four-year degree from an accredited university or college is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Professional is advantageous.
• Familiarity with telecommunications, multifamily, construction, vended laundry, business class services, enterprise telecom services, and/or rooftop/cell antennae leases is a plus.

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
• Incentive pay.
