This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Manage the administration of all contracts associated with the project, ensuring adherence to legal, financial, and corporate standards.
• Lead negotiations on complex contractual matters, acting as the organization's representative in discussions with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, offering guidance on potential opportunities and threats.
• Provide regular updates to the client and internal stakeholders, emphasizing any contractual risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Claims Manager to ensure a comprehensive response to any claims, in line with the contract.
• Guarantee the provision of all essential technical data to the Contract Administration Senior Manager.
• Prepare and present contractual presentations as needed.
• Work in close partnership with relevant departments to ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and corporate standards.
• Facilitate progress through contractual progress meetings, ensuring all contractual commitments are fulfilled.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A master's degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or equivalent are highly sought after.
• At least 12 years of experience in contract management, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of contract law, construction contracts, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders efficiently.
• Previous experience on a rail or transportation project will be considered a plus.
