This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the administration and processing of Company contracts, ensuring the lifecycle of all contracts is well-maintained.
• Take ownership of the legal request intake and review procedures.
• Update and manage Company contract templates as necessary.
• Develop and enhance processes for contract management, litigation, and compliance tracking.
• Assist in creating templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for recurring legal tasks.
• Help identify and implement automation tools to minimize manual workload.
• Establish and enforce document naming conventions.
• Collaborate with Company leadership to ensure efficient daily support in contracting and other operational needs requiring legal assistance.
• Maintain the official electronic files for the Company.
• Organize and file corporate records.
• Independently draft, review, and process routine contracts and legal documents.
• Manage projects related to the Legal Department.
• Continuously provide insights and support for improving efficiency within the Legal Department, including the development, implementation, and updating of legal review processes.
• Offer administrative support as needed within the Legal Department, assisting attorneys with daily operations, document formatting, and other necessary tasks.
• Understand and adhere to Company guidelines, employment policies, and procedures.
• Participate in other assigned projects.
• An undergraduate degree along with experience in contract management and paralegal work.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing a contract/document management system.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with various departments, vendors, and contracting parties with minimal attorney oversight.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Must be a reliable team player, willing to contribute to projects beyond standard responsibilities. Collaboration and communication are essential.
• Capability to manage workload amidst interruptions and changing priorities, potentially several times in the same workday.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to evolving situations within the Company.
• Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality concerning all Company matters.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and the Google suite of products.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, exhibiting a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, able to interact effectively and professionally with both staff and management.
