This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage all subcontract agreements and vendor contracts, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and in alignment with the prime contract specifications.
• Guarantee 100% adherence to contract stipulations, encompassing flow-down requirements, reporting duties, and performance metrics.
• Supervise subcontractor deliverables to confirm compliance with the defined scope, schedule, and contractual obligations.
• Organize and maintain contract documentation, which includes modifications, amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs), and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate with program management, procurement, finance, and legal teams to enhance contract lifecycle operations.
• Ensure subcontractors meet federal regulations, including the relevant FAR/DFARS clauses and specific agency requirements.
• Assist in vendor onboarding processes, which includes reviewing contractual documentation and verifying compliance.
• Aid in tracking contract performance metrics and recognizing potential risks or compliance issues.
• Keep precise records in contract management systems and ensure readiness for audits at all times.
• Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
• Offer insights on contractual interpretation and guarantee uniform application of contract terms among vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Contract Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in contract administration, analysis, or procurement support.
• Proven experience working in federal government contracting environments.
• Significant experience in reviewing and managing subcontracts, vendor contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Clear understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and federal contracting compliance requirements.
• Experience ensuring adherence to contract terms and monitoring vendor performance relative to contractual commitments.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to interpret complex contractual language.
• Experience in supporting audit activities and maintaining contract documentation in accordance with federal standards.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organizational discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple contracts and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong collaborative skills across legal, finance, procurement, and program teams.
• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
• Must be a resident of the Continental US.
