Contractor – Travel and Customer Service Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Assist Global Study Managers in the planning and execution of ongoing clinical trial studies.

• Act as the primary contact for patient communications.

• Oversee patient travel and logistical arrangements.

• Manage budgets related to travel and transportation for trial participants.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal team members regarding trial participant needs.

• Aid hospital or clinical staff in enrolling trial participants and scheduling visits.

• Address inquiries from trial participants and hospital or clinical staff promptly.

• Ensure projects are managed to achieve profitability through effective work processes.

• Organize air, hotel, and ground transportation accommodations.

• Maintain precise data, including establishing databases and transferring information between internal systems.

• Generate reports as needed.

• Collaborate with the Global Study Manager to identify client and patient needs and requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficient in Hungarian, English, and French.

• Preferred 2+ years of experience in the travel and/or pharmaceutical industry.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

• Quick and efficient learner of new procedures.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; skilled in prioritizing tasks and following up.

• Strong communicator across departments.

• Confident in decision-making with the ability to follow through.

• Access to a personal computer and telephone for home office tasks.

• Up-to-date operating system, anti-virus software, and secure devices; Chromebook is not supported.
