This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Promote and sell products and services to both contractor customers and end clients.
• Contribute to and execute the National promotional strategy while assessing personal performance and effectiveness.
• Propel regional promotions to gain a competitive edge.
• Cultivate designated accounts to foster sustainable and profitable sales growth.
• Oversee nominated accounts and client relationships.
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities.
• Recognize key strategic clients for development purposes.
• Manage secured business and provide customized specification support packages.
• Create highly detailed technical specifications.
• Prior B2B sales experience in a field-based sales position, ideally within the construction or trades sector.
• Adequate specification and technical knowledge.
• Capability to understand and communicate product and technical details effectively.
• Proficient in influencing and negotiation techniques.
• Commercially aware and astute.
• Experience in product-focused sales and an understanding of margin enhancement is a plus.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Possession of a current valid driving license.
