Contractor Relations Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Complete daily tasks assigned by management.

• Establish B2B connections with technicians and trade partners in designated regions.

• Maintain daily performance metrics as outlined by the manager.

• Assign work orders to technicians and trade partners within the network.

• Follow up with clients to guarantee exceptional customer service by providing details of technicians and trade partners.

• Confirm scheduled appointments with technicians and trade partners through follow-ups.

• Source contractors when necessary, making at least 15 attempts for each claim.

• Accurately label claim dispositions to ensure management reporting integrity.

• Keep a thorough understanding of CRM system operations and functionalities.

• Inform the direct manager about any breakdowns in relationships or standards from contractors and trade partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles is required.

• Preferably have prior experience onboarding, assisting, or working directly with home improvement professionals, tradespeople, or home service providers.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; samples may be requested.

• Ability to deliver a world-class customer experience while addressing business needs.

• Proficiency in Excel for data entry tasks.

• Capability to handle escalated situations effectively.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with US-based business teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

• Must have full and ongoing availability during Porch’s U.S. EST business hours (7:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST).

• A quiet workspace is required.

• Internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• A mobile device running Android version 7.0+ or iOS 13.0+ is necessary.

• The mobile device must be secured with an automatic screen lock requiring a passcode, Face ID, or fingerprint for access.
