• Oversee contracts from evaluation to approval, acting as the primary point of coordination throughout the entire process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Finance to guarantee that contract terms, approvals, and requirements are thoroughly reviewed, monitored, and executed.
• Ensure clear documentation of contract status, requirements, and approvals to facilitate cross-functional visibility and alignment.
• Lead comprehensive onboarding and implementation processes for both new and renewing National Accounts clients.
• Convert contractual obligations into actionable onboarding requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Information Technology, and other functional partners to ensure the completion of all setup and readiness activities.
• Work alongside Operations to define and validate technical, operational, and process requirements during implementation planning.
• Create and manage SERVPRO.net coming soon pages and other onboarding-related materials to aid in launch preparation.
• Distribute launch bulletins, onboarding resources, and vendor onboarding packs to guarantee consistent and accurate communication.
• Monitor launch readiness criteria, ensuring all necessary elements are finalized prior to the go-live date.
• Provide a structured, well-documented transition to the Client Support Team post-launch, detailing key requirements, timelines, and ongoing support considerations.
• Act as a bridge between contract execution, onboarding, and downstream support teams to ensure seamless transitions and clear role definitions.
• Engage in process enhancement initiatives by pinpointing recurring challenges, risks, or inefficiencies within contracting and onboarding workflows.
• Contribute to the development of documentation, templates, and standard processes that enhance the consistency and scalability of contract and onboarding execution.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in contract operations, client onboarding, implementation, program coordination, or project management.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving Legal, Finance, Operations, and technical or systems-based teams.
• Strong project management abilities, including the capability to oversee timelines, dependencies, and multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear, professional materials that convey timelines, requirements, and readiness status.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when dealing with contractual requirements and implementation documentation.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and appropriately escalate risks or issues as necessary.
• Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with changing priorities.
• Experience in supporting enterprise-level accounts is preferred.
