Onboarding Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Reach out to potential patients on a daily basis and arrange assessments with our Onboarding Specialists.

• Manage incoming calls from both patients and referral sources.

• Responsible for meeting daily and weekly targets for scheduled assessments.

• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure clarity and understanding.

• Work autonomously as well as collaboratively as an integral member of the team.

• Maintain ongoing communication with referral sources, Onboarding Specialists, and other internal team members.

• Schedule assessments on the calendar of the Onboarding Specialists.

• Record all calls, tasks, and appointments in Salesforce.

• Create a positive first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and the distinctive services we offer.

• Monitor and track daily assessments, prepare marketing materials, and conduct quality assurance calls.

• Participate in daily team huddles, attend training sessions, and other ad-hoc meetings as required.

• Represent AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience to warrant an exception.

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

• Preferred: Previous experience in outbound/inbound call centers or scheduling, including cold calling.

• Familiarity with sales processes, healthcare products, and the industry is preferred.

• Energetic yet compassionate telephone skills are essential.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Highly motivated and possesses persuasive skills.

• Ability to maintain exceptional organization.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.

• Excellent communication skills in oral, written, facilitation, and presentation formats.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, or similar software.
