This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Oversee all facets of onboarding and offboarding for employees under your support, working closely with global internal teams (Immigration, Payroll) and external service providers.
• Offer expert-level assistance to our clients by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting, and various HR matters, serving as a regional expert.
• Foster client relationships alongside members of the client services team.
• Enhance employee satisfaction among supported employees with genuine care and a strong customer service focus.
• Promote client satisfaction through efficient onboarding processes while consistently meeting our resolution time SLA.
• Support the training of new team members.
• Oversee and audit all HR records, such as personal information, onboarding and offboarding documents, personal documents, contract paperwork, and job-specific details.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws in all processes and inform the appropriate contacts of any necessary corrections.
• Stay informed about relevant Collective Agreements and collaborate with necessary teams to ensure adherence.
• Work with internal teams that require region-specific expertise (including but not limited to Knowledge Base maintenance and Product Development).
• Proactively identify potential challenges, assist in root cause analysis, and communicate issues to the relevant teams while ensuring proper resolutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources is required.
• Business-level proficiency in the English language is necessary.
• Research-focused, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of quickly absorbing information.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication, and listening abilities.
• Proficient in technology, including Google and Microsoft Office suites.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Skills in conflict management and resolution.
• Advanced understanding of employment law.
• Empathetic and approachable demeanor.
• Attentive and honest.
• Interest in international business and a commitment to high performance.
