Client Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist new and prospective clients through the onboarding experience at Task Buddie.

• Conduct onboarding sessions to gauge client requirements, objectives, and service alignment.

• Clearly and confidently articulate service offerings, workflows, and subsequent steps.

• Facilitate the transition from sales discussions to established client partnerships.

• Organize scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups to guarantee a seamless initiation.

• Keep precise records and notes within the CRM system.

• Work together with sales and leadership teams to refine onboarding processes and communications.

• Prior experience in sales onboarding, account management, or client support is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
