This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop captivating educational experiences that enable customers to swiftly recognize the value of our products.
• Create high-quality training materials in various formats—including videos, webinars, knowledge base articles, and customer communications.
• Design, create, and maintain onboarding and training resources for multiple products.
• Generate engaging tutorial videos, product demonstrations, and on-demand learning content.
• Organize, host, and record training webinars tailored to different customer personas and lifecycle stages.
• Develop and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and self-service documentation that are accurate, searchable, and easily comprehensible.
• Create and manage customer-facing email campaigns that support onboarding, feature releases, and product education.
• Collaborate with teams from Product, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Product Management to ensure training materials align with current product features and customer requirements.
• Maintain an editorial calendar to prioritize and update educational content as products evolve.
• Design presentation materials and supporting collateral for training sessions, executive briefings, and customer meetings.
• Continuously enhance training content based on customer feedback, support trends, and updates to products.
• Ensure the consistency of voice, style, and brand standards across all learning materials.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, Instructional Design, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in creating customer education, onboarding, training, instructional, or enablement content.
• Proven experience in producing educational video content and leading virtual training sessions or webinars.
• Experience in writing customer-facing documentation, knowledge base content, or user manuals.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong abilities in storytelling and instructional design.
• Familiarity with video recording and editing software.
• Knowledge of webinar platforms and virtual training delivery methods.
• Experience in managing knowledge base platforms or content management systems.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and engaging customer education.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
