This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the entire information gathering process for each new Arryva property owner, starting from the signed agreement up to the completed handoff to the operations partner.
β’ Develop and oversee automated reminder systems that facilitate the progression of new owners through the onboarding checklist without necessitating manual follow-up at each stage.
β’ Compile and submit comprehensive property packages to the operations partner once all necessary information has been collected and validated.
β’ Foster a warm, professional, and proactive communication approach with each new owner throughout the onboarding experience.
β’ A minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in a coordinator, onboarding, customer success, or operations position, ideally within a startup or rapidly growing organization.
β’ Proven experience in creating or managing automated workflows and reminder systems utilizing tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms.
β’ Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple ongoing onboardings simultaneously without losing track of details or missing follow-up deadlines.
β’ A clear, professional, and persistent communication style in writing, with the capability to follow up multiple times without creating discomfort for the individual being pursued.
β’ Ability to function effectively in uncertain situations and to develop processes in an environment where the playbook is still in progress.
