This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer expertise in eLearning development while collaborating with cross-functional teams, project managers, and subject matter experts.
• Create both technical and functional documentation for project outputs and various phases.
• Assist in organizational change management, develop strategic communication plans, and manage project timelines.
• Engage in planning, execution, stakeholder involvement, and ongoing support for DoD contract writing systems.
• Facilitate technical risk and change management activities, relaying information to senior leadership within the DoD.
• Create, review, and present technical project artifacts and deliverables.
• Assess project progress in collaboration with DoD clients and program stakeholders.
• Provide support for procurement system functionalities and communication initiatives.
• Create training materials and deliver educational content for users of the Contract Writing System.
• Aid in the preparation, execution, and assessment of virtual technical training programs.
• Develop training resources, content, and exercises related to COTS products for the DoD client.
• Collaborate with the DoD Contract Writing System Program Office to ensure alignment of deployment and cutover strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in federal government contracting and/or program management office contracting processes.
• Proven experience in crafting targeted communications and training to enhance shared knowledge and address recurring incidents, service requests, and issues.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a team-oriented matrix organization.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in collaborating with both internal and external clients.
• Established analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Capability to secure a Secret clearance and interim clearance promptly.
• Candidates must fulfill eligibility criteria for a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Only U.S. Citizens qualify for security clearance.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a warranted contracting officer is desirable.
• 2+ years of experience in developing and delivering a comprehensive application training curriculum is preferred.
• 2+ years of contract writing system training experience is preferred.
