Contract Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive searches throughout the engineering organization, involving both proactive sourcing at the top of the funnel and strategic closing techniques in the later stages.

• Collaborate closely with Senior Recruiters on the Engineering Recruiting team, as well as with coordinators, interviewers, and hiring managers.

• Serve as a strategic and adaptable ally to hiring managers, swiftly adjusting the approach and/or process as required to expedite progress.

• Create exceptional pipelines through focused sourcing strategies.

• Ensure that every candidate experiences a consistent, structured, and inclusive process that elevates the hiring standards and enhances consistency across teams.

• Provide an outstanding candidate experience at every phase of the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments (in-house, agency, or similar experience even if the TA title was not held).

• Demonstrate a proven ability to swiftly learn new domains and deliver value immediately upon being assigned a new focus.

• Function as a strategic and positive collaborator with stakeholders, maintaining momentum and acting as a true partner even amidst uncertainty.

• Capable of breaking down complex searches into clear, actionable plans, identifying challenges and proactively proposing solutions.

• Effectively manage multiple workstreams with structure, balancing high volume with meticulous attention to detail and reliable execution.

• Approach sourcing and outreach creatively to discover and engage leading technical talent.

• Prioritize operational excellence, focusing on continuously enhancing workflows and minimizing friction for candidates and stakeholders.

• Communicate clearly and confidently, whether aligning with hiring managers or guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
