This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with business objectives.
• Gain insights into customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements within the renewable energy industry.
• Take ownership of the product backlog and prioritize tasks, ensuring that delivery teams focus on the highest-value outcomes.
• Convert customer and business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Data teams to create scalable digital products.
• Analyze customer, operational, and commercial data to guide prioritization and product decisions.
• Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across Product, Operations, Regulatory, Commercial, and Customer teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously evaluate product performance using customer insights, KPIs, and data to drive ongoing enhancements.
• Balance customer needs, commercial priorities, and technical limitations to maximize product value.
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products in Agile environments.
• Strong background in developing product roadmaps and managing intricate product backlogs.
• Proficient in utilizing customer insights and data to inform product strategy and prioritization.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities across both technical and business teams.
• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and Data throughout the product lifecycle.
• A strong customer-centric approach with experience in product discovery and problem definition.
• Commercially savvy with the capacity to balance customer outcomes, delivery priorities, and business value.
