Contract Talent Sourcer – Independent Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gather role briefs from the Practice Leader, which include the job description, candidate profile, compensation range, and search criteria.

• Identify qualified candidates utilizing your own resources and networks, such as LinkedIn, job boards, boolean search, referrals, and direct outreach.

• Perform light phone or video screenings of candidates prior to submission when requested.

• Present candidates directly to the Practice Leader along with their resumes and organized screening notes.

• Relay candidate availability, compensation expectations, and interest levels with each submission.

• Follow up on submitted candidates as instructed by the Practice Leader.

• Ensure professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the entire process.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting.

• Proven capability to source passive candidates through LinkedIn, boolean search, or similar tools.

• Experience in conducting candidate screens and documenting the results effectively.

• Excellent written communication skills — screening notes must be clear and well-organized.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and prioritize tasks independently.

• Experience in recruiting within the US market is required.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.

• Background in an agency, RPO, or multi-client recruiting environment is preferred.

• Experience in sourcing across various functions, including technology, finance, operations, sales, and HR.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms for tracking candidates.

• Access to LinkedIn Recruiter or an equivalent passive sourcing tool is necessary.
