Contract Specialist IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Create solicitation documents and oversee the procurement process.

• Receive, log, and evaluate offers and amendments.

• Perform cost and price analysis, engage in negotiations, and document fair and reasonable pricing.

• Maintain official contract files, ensuring adherence to federal and GSA procurement regulations.

• Process contractor invoices, address payment discrepancies, and conduct closeout procedures.

• Oversee the placement and management of both simplified acquisitions and formal contracts.

• Manage high-value transactions and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of federal contracting experience, with a preference for those with construction project experience.

• Candidates with FAC-C, DAWIA, or GS-1102 certifications will be given preference.

• A Bachelor’s degree or procurement certifications are mandatory.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Must undergo a federal background investigation.
