This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with leading designers, luxury showrooms, and sales teams, providing outstanding service.
• Offer in-depth product knowledge to assist clients with confidence and precision.
• Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns for designers, architects, and installers.
• Oversee order management, coordinate shipments, and monitor logistics to guarantee timely delivery.
• Process payments, generate packing lists, and manage returns or replacements effectively.
• Conduct thorough data entry and maintain accurate CRM documentation.
• Assist clients with web account creation, order processing, and pricing inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and proactively make outbound calls for sales follow-ups.
• Serve as the primary support connection to Phillip Jeffries HQ for designated territories, including the contract sales team, dual representatives, and partner showrooms.
• Organize sample orders for assigned territories while representatives are traveling.
• Review client contracts to ensure product requests align with specifications.
• Promote a collaborative team atmosphere by providing support to colleagues and various departments.
• Work closely with sales representatives and clients to synchronize project timelines, objectives, and execution.
• Manage the complete project life cycle, ensuring deadlines for approvals, meetings, and on-site requirements are met.
• Act as a liaison between departments, tracking progress, updating CRM records, and proactively resolving potential issues.
• Maintain well-organized project documentation, ensuring all crucial details are accessible in CRM and Contract Folders.
• Provide proactive follow-up on quotes prior to expiration and ensure accurate pricing coordination.
• Communicate regularly with sales representatives to review and update project statuses.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales support position.
• Capability to establish strong relationships with sales representatives and clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an impressive phone demeanor.
• Proven ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, utilizing analytical abilities to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
• Strong time management and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, including data management, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $29.00 to $31.73, depending on your experience in customer service and sales support roles.
