Contract Recruiter – Tech & Consulting, AI Talent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete sourcing and recruitment process for technical, AI engineering, and consulting positions.

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for AI engineers, integration leads, cyber and regulatory consultants, as well as advisory professionals.

• Design effective outreach strategies to engage passive candidates.

• Scale recruitment efforts for significant projects as they progress.

• Adapt to various roles and practices as priorities evolve.

• Recruit talent for teams integrating AI into the software delivery lifecycle at leading financial institutions.

• Establish pipelines that support projects throughout Canada and the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for technology and/or AI roles, preferably within consulting or professional services.

• Strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to engage with passive candidates effectively.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Comfort in working at a fast pace and managing ambiguity.

• Located in the Toronto area.
