This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee the entire recruitment process for both high-volume and specialized positions within Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Research & Development, Quality, and Finance.
β’ Conduct recruitment efforts across three U.S. locations: Florida, Indiana, and Minnesota.
β’ Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP Workforce Now HRIS for managing applications in the absence of a comprehensive ATS system.
β’ Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to assess staffing requirements and define job specifications.
β’ Create and implement sourcing strategies, particularly tailored for manufacturing sectors.
β’ Develop candidate pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and various other sourcing platforms.
β’ Assess, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
β’ Organize and coordinate both remote and onsite interview schedules.
β’ Provide weekly reports on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and hiring advancements.
β’ Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
β’ Maintain precise applicant data and comprehensive recruiting reports.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, particularly within medical device companies.
β’ Proven experience in recruiting for the manufacturing industry is essential.
β’ Strong preference for candidates with background in the medical device sector.
β’ Demonstrated success in recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions.
β’ Experience in supporting multi-site recruitment efforts across the United States.
β’ Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
β’ Strong communication skills with the capacity to deliver clear and consistent updates.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
β’ Familiarity with HR/ATS systems; experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
β’ Active use of LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office or comparable tools.
β’ Capability to work across various time zones to support hiring teams located in Florida, Indiana, and Minnesota.
β’ Potential for contract extension beyond the initial 3 months.
