Contract Recruiter – Manufacturing, Med Device

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for both high-volume and specialized positions within Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Research & Development, Quality, and Finance.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP Workforce Now HRIS for applications in the absence of a complete ATS system.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify staffing needs and clarify job specifications.

• Create and implement sourcing strategies, especially tailored for manufacturing settings.

• Develop candidate pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter and additional sourcing platforms.

• Assess, interview, and present candidates to recruitment teams.

• Organize and schedule both remote and onsite interviews.

• Deliver weekly updates regarding recruitment activity, pipeline status, and hiring advancements.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Keep precise records of applicant data and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, particularly within the medical device sector.

• Experience in recruiting within the manufacturing industry is essential.

• Strong preference for candidates with a background in the medical device industry.

• Proven track record in recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions.

• Experience in supporting multi-site hiring initiatives throughout the U.S.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and collaboration.

• Exceptional communication abilities, with a talent for providing clear and consistent updates.

• Capable of managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.

• Familiarity with HR/ATS systems; experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.

• Active usage of LinkedIn Recruiter is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.

• Must be able to work across various time zones to assist hiring teams located in Florida, Indiana, and Minnesota.
