Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a comprehensive requisition portfolio spanning various brands, from entry-level to Director-level roles, utilizing VF’s talent selection methodology.

• Foster and sustain relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and functional leaders.

• Act as a subject matter expert in Product Creation talent acquisition.

• Enhance understanding of the market, competitors, and the talent landscape.

• Collaborate with leaders in Product Design, Merchandising, and Creative to assess talent requirements and market trends.

• Review candidate portfolios and work alongside design leadership to ensure calibration of creative excellence across different seniority levels and design disciplines.

• Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Recognize opportunities for improvement in the recruiting process and suggest innovative solutions.

• Keep precise candidate records and ensure compliance through Workday and standard recruiting practices.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and notable professional accomplishments.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting for design and creative roles within the footwear and apparel sectors.

• Proficient in formulating sourcing strategies for niche and highly competitive talent markets.

• A strong passion for design, creativity, and product culture.

• A builder mentality with a focus on innovation and experimentation.

• Competence in evaluating creative portfolios.

• Capability to partner with design leaders for calibrating creative excellence across various seniority levels and design disciplines.

• Formal education in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
