This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for Digital Court Reporter roles and other related positions as assigned by Maggie.
• Assess incoming applications to pinpoint qualified candidates.
• Conduct high-volume phone and video screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication abilities, and overall compatibility.
• Progress qualified candidates through the interview stages while adhering to established service level expectations.
• Provide candidate recommendations and share interview insights with hiring managers.
• Offer verbal job offers and guide candidates through the acceptance process.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the hiring journey.
• Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring teams using the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) and Outlook.
• Communicate details regarding interview logistics, timelines, and subsequent steps.
• Ensure a professional, engaging, and responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through to onboarding.
• Keep accurate records of candidates and recruiting activities within Lever.
• Monitor the movement of candidates throughout the recruitment funnel and guarantee timely disposition of applicants.
• Organize pre-employment requirements, including assessments, reference checks, and necessary hiring documentation as applicable.
• Track recruiting metrics such as recruiter screenings, interview conversion rates, offers, acceptances, and time-to-fill.
• Compile weekly updates on the recruiting pipeline and hiring activity reports for Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs, candidate profiles, and interview feedback.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure prompt collection of interview evaluations.
• Provide regular status updates regarding pipeline health, recruiting advancements, and hiring challenges.
• Assist in identifying process enhancements that boost recruiting efficiency and the quality of hires.
• Develop qualified candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, university collaborations, career fairs, and other sourcing channels.
• Proactively seek out new recruiting sources to meet hiring demands.
• Establish and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
• Support recruiting projects and Talent Acquisition initiatives as assigned.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts related to recruiting processes, systems, and candidate experience.
• Uphold the confidentiality of candidate and company information.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume recruiting setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience conducting structured candidate interviews and providing hiring recommendations.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (preferably Lever or a similar ATS).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management capabilities.
• Exceptional follow-through and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom.
• Experience recruiting for customer-facing, operational, or service-oriented roles.
• Background in supporting remote hiring across multiple states.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable platforms.
• Previous agency or contract recruiting experience.
