This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for designated roles in healthcare, operations, customer service, clinical, administrative, and/or shared services.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role specifications, team requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Identify, screen, and evaluate candidates utilizing a structured, competency-based methodology.
• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, talent communities, and various other recruitment channels.
• Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assess candidate qualifications, including healthcare experience, licensure or credentialing requirements, and alignment with role expectations.
• Facilitate high-volume hiring while upholding quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.
• Organize interviews and assist hiring teams in providing prompt feedback.
• Keep precise records of candidates, requisitions, and hiring activities in SmartRecruiters ATS.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to pinpoint process enhancements, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance hiring results.
• Responsibly utilize recruiting technology, tools, and AI-supported workflows while ensuring human oversight and sound judgment.
• Promote equitable, compliant, and value-aligned hiring practices.
• Adhere to security policies and procedures to safeguard PHI, PII, and Guidehealth intellectual property.
• Engage in identity verification during the hiring and onboarding processes.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Background in recruiting within healthcare, healthcare services, clinical operations, managed care, provider organizations, health tech, or a similar sector.
• Proven experience managing the entire recruiting cycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate disposition.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare hiring considerations, such as licensure, credentialing, compliance, background screening, and role-specific qualification assessment.
• Experience in recruiting for high-volume and/or challenging-to-fill positions.
• Capacity to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong candidate evaluation skills, focusing on technical qualifications and behavioral fit.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and accurate record-keeping in an ATS (SmartRecruiters).
• Familiarity with skills and behavior-based assessment tools.
• Understanding of EEOC, ADA, and compliant hiring practices.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup while remaining responsive and collaborative.
• Comfort with using recruiting technology, sourcing tools, and AI-supported workflows with appropriate discretion and oversight.
• Employee-provided internet connection with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Availability during specified working hours.
• Willingness to participate in virtual meetings with cameras on.
