This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for designated healthcare, operations, customer service, clinical, administrative, and/or shared services positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp role specifications, team dynamics, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities.
• Identify, screen, and evaluate candidates through a structured, competency-focused methodology.
• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, talent communities, and various recruiting channels.
• Ensure prompt, clear, and professional communication throughout the candidate recruitment journey.
• Assess candidate qualifications, healthcare background, licensure or credentialing prerequisites, and alignment with role demands.
• Assist in high-volume recruitment while upholding quality, precision, and compliance standards.
• Organize interviews and assist hiring teams in providing timely feedback.
• Keep precise records of candidates, requisitions, and hiring activities in the Smartrecruiters ATS.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to identify process enhancements, eliminate bottlenecks, and boost hiring outcomes.
• Utilize technology, recruiting tools, and AI-supported workflows judiciously while ensuring human oversight and sound judgment.
• Promote equitable, compliant, and values-driven hiring practices.
• Safeguard patient and company data by adhering to security policies and procedures.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, including a background in healthcare recruitment.
• Proven experience in recruiting within healthcare, healthcare services, clinical operations, managed care, provider organizations, health technology, or a comparable field.
• Experience in managing the entire recruitment cycle, encompassing intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate disposition.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare hiring considerations, including licensure, credentialing, compliance, background checks, and role-specific qualification assessments.
• Experience in recruiting for high-volume and/or challenging roles.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong candidate evaluation skills, including the assessment of technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and precise documentation within an ATS (Smartrecruiters).
• Experience with skills and behavior-based assessment tools.
• Familiarity with EEOC, ADA, and compliant hiring practices.
• Capability to work independently in a fully remote environment while remaining responsive and collaborative.
• Comfortable using recruiting technology, sourcing tools, and AI-supported workflows with appropriate discretion and oversight.
• Must provide an internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
