This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into technical requirements, team dynamics, and expectations for crucial roles (such as data center engineers, critical facilities managers, project managers, and MEP engineers).
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to establish diverse pipelines of qualified candidates through networking, research, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process, which includes screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and providing support during candidate onboarding.
• Stay informed about the mission-critical industry, including workforce trends, compensation standards, and competitor landscapes.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by facilitating clear communication, timely feedback, and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
• Design and execute an internship program in collaboration with local technical schools and universities, targeting junior and senior students.
• Support long-term workforce planning by transitioning successful interns into entry-level positions when suitable.
• Collaborate with People Solutions and hiring teams to ensure adherence to company policies and employment regulations.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide reports on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and overall hiring success.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to mission-critical, data center, or similar technical fields.
• Proven track record in identifying and attracting top talent in technical and operations roles within competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of recruiting tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Indeed, etc.).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and commitment to follow-through.
