Contract Recruiter – 6-Month Assignment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a range of open positions from the initial role intake and sourcing through to interviews, offers, and hiring.

• Recruit for various functions and European markets, emphasizing commercial, customer-facing, and technology roles.

• Develop robust candidate pipelines and maintain momentum throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, Head of HR, and hiring managers.

• Handle multiple vacancies across different functions and countries simultaneously.

• Ensure a professional experience for candidates.

• Assist with peak hiring needs through December 2026.

• Demonstrated full-cycle recruitment experience.

• Proficient direct-sourcing and candidate engagement abilities.

• Proven success in a fast-paced, scaling, or high-volume environment.

• Strong skills in screening, assessment, and stakeholder management.

• Confidence in working independently and constructively addressing delays.

• Experience with an ATS and ensuring accurate recruitment data maintenance.

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.

• Availability to start immediately.

• Capability to work across European time zones.
