📋 Description

• Offer strategic guidance and coaching to leadership teams

• Provide coaching and advice on aspects of employee experience

• Cultivate relationships and foster a culture of accountability

• Participate in organization-wide initiatives and projects

• Collaborate with leaders on headcount planning

• Lead and implement improvements in business practices

• Work in conjunction with the People Ops team

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in HR business

• More than 4 years as a strategic HR business partner

• Proficient in employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development

• Capability to coach and influence both leaders and employees

• Strong business acumen and sound judgment
