This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5 Startup Contract Managers (4 based in America and 1 in EMEA).
• Enhance team performance through strategic coaching, operational discipline, and skill development in areas such as negotiation strategy, forecasting, customer communication, and stakeholder management.
• Develop scalable renewal processes, systems, and operational workflows that enhance efficiency while maintaining a personalized customer experience.
• Ensure consistency in renewal execution, forecasting accuracy, CRM maintenance, and pricing governance throughout the team.
• Assist the team in navigating intricate negotiations involving procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders.
• You possess experience in leading and nurturing high-performing customer-facing teams within a B2B SaaS environment.
• You have extensive experience managing or overseeing complex renewals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
• You know how to proactively handle renewal risks, expansion opportunities, forecasting accuracy, and long-term account planning.
• You have experience in creating or enhancing scalable systems, workflows, and processes that enable teams to operate effectively at scale.
• You are adept at collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Product, RevOps, Legal, Finance, and Support to align with customer needs, pricing strategies, and long-term business goals.
• You’ll have the time to execute tasks correctly; we prioritize high-quality work and strive to avoid quick fixes whenever possible.
• A 10-year exercise window for stock options. You won’t feel pressured to purchase stock options upon leaving Ashby; do so when you feel financially secure.
