Contract Management Assistant, Spanish, Portuguese speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Assist in Site Start-Up activities, including managing investigator site contracts, ethics and regulatory submissions, and essential documents necessary for site initiation.

• Support global Clinical Operations projects under the guidance of the SSU Country Manager and Central and Shared Services leadership.

• Ensure that regulatory and site contract documentation adheres to both sponsor and Company standards.

• Collaborate with internal and external team members to develop solutions for project and individual site contract challenges.

• Build strong working relationships with customers, internal project teams, and sites.

• Ensure that relevant documents are submitted to the Trial Master File in accordance with Company SOP and sponsor requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Proficient in Portuguese.

• Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be taken into account.

• Capability to support global Clinical Operations projects.

• Ability to ensure compliance of regulatory and site contract documentation with sponsor and Company requirements.

• Skills to collaborate with internal and external team members on site contract-related issues.

• Competence in establishing working relationships with customers, internal project teams, and sites.

• Proficiency in submitting documents to the Trial Master File in line with Company SOP and sponsor requirements.
