Contract LCSW/LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in the enrollment processes for both commercial and Medicaid payers.

• Complete and uphold CAQH and credentialing documentation.

• Review and endorse provider enrollment applications along with related attestations.

• Join occasional meetings focused on network expansion and market introduction.

• Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to gain insights into the Illinois healthcare landscape, including provider and patient perceptions of care.

• Assist in identifying local key opinion leaders within the pediatric sector and facilitate introductions as appropriate.

• Aid in the rollout of behavioral health services in Arizona through payer enrollment, credentialing, and activities related to clinical preparedness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted Illinois license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.

• Eligibility for credentialing with both commercial and government payers.

• Preferred experience in delivering behavioral health services within outpatient or telehealth environments.

• Strong organizational abilities and prompt completion of credentialing requirements.

• A keen interest in supporting innovative, technology-driven care delivery models.

• Preferred active enrollment in Illinois Medicaid.

• Residency in Illinois is required.
