• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Incora products and LTA & JIT service solutions, as well as on-site and FSL policies and procedures.
• Oversee and execute the implementation project, transition, and ongoing support activities related to the company’s new special customer contract inventory management projects.
• Follow through and complete tasks outlined in the implementation plan developed by the Implementations Project Manager.
• Organize the necessary resources for the implementation process.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to coordinate final phase operations, including site visits with the Project Completion Teams, ensuring plan fulfillment and a seamless, efficient, and successful customer experience.
• Assist in identifying customer parts requirements by point-of-use, work center, and project.
• Map the customer production floor as necessary.
• Create system data records.
• Support the design and installation of scanning and barcode label equipment at inventory locations.
• Aid in training on-site personnel; develop and maintain training manuals and conduct both initial and ongoing training sessions for customer and company staff.
• Identify and facilitate process improvements for existing and new contract operations.
• Assist in testing and implementing process, hardware, and software solutions relevant to contract operations.
• Direct daily activities of implementation crews as requested.
• Ensure all organizational activities and operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
• Collaborate with JIT Regional Customer Program Managers, as needed, to support the daily operations of existing customer contracts.
• Work alongside CDF & FSL Warehouse Managers, as necessary, to aid in the daily warehouse operations of existing contracts.
• Attend regularly scheduled and spontaneous departmental meetings, and participate in company-sponsored training or meetings as required.
• Engage in frequent business travel as needed to support projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in JIT, VMI, and/or 3PL environments.
• Proven specialist knowledge of aerospace hardware products and JIT contract services.
• Demonstrated experience in implementation processes or teams; ability to work effectively with others.
• Proven ability to train and/or lead others to achieve competency.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear and precise data entry and documentation skills.
• Strong follow-through and persistence in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to conduct in-depth research, if necessary.
• Capacity to be cross-trained in multiple critical areas of the department.
• Strong proficiency in integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word and Excel (e.g., spreadsheets, formulas, importing, and exporting files, as applicable).
• Willingness to travel as required.
