Contract Compliance Specialist – Nursing & Allied

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Initiate and oversee the compliance onboarding process for new healthcare contractors.

• Review, verify, and manage credentialing documentation, which includes background checks, drug screenings, immunization records, TB tests, and physical examinations.

• Collaborate with staffing agencies and internal stakeholders to communicate and fulfill compliance requirements effectively.

• Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure adherence to critical deadlines and escalate any delays or issues to leadership.

• Monitor, track, and report on upcoming or missed credential expirations during assignments, obtaining updated records as necessary.

• Support performance objectives by aligning compliance metrics with Joint Commission standards and Trio WFS benchmarks.

• Maintain accurate records within Trio WFS' proprietary Vendor Management System (VMS), Trio.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in credentialing, onboarding, compliance, or staffing operations.

• Experience in high-volume administrative or compliance settings.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

• Ability to swiftly learn and navigate multiple systems, including VMS and credentialing platforms.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience with State Background checks and Fingerprinting.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Capability to perform the essential physical and mental functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
