Contract Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assisting in the review of documents

• Conducting assessments of privilege

• Offering expert testimony when necessary

• Engaging in legal research activities

• Translating documents in foreign languages

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of document review processes

• Relevant experience: Privilege/Responsiveness Review, Redactions, Conceptual Searching, First and Second Review, etc.

• Proficiency with electronic document review tools

• Relevant experience with systems such as Relativity, Concordance, ViewPoint, etc.

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with good standing

• THE FOLLOWING SKILLS ARE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

• Experience as part of a document review team

• Familiarity with Relativity version 9.0 or higher

• Over 2 years of experience in legal support
