Contract Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Prepare, validate, and execute invoicing through electronic processing and reporting activities for a designated portfolio of accounts.

• Engage in contract management tasks, taking accountability for your deliverables and collaborating effectively with others.

• Negotiate directly with designated sites on all aspects related to contracting, including clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements, and amendments.

• Collaborate with the internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners to enhance overall SB&C metrics and streamline processes.

• Ensure that standards are consistently applied to the SB&C processes across all projects.

• Utilize leading industry tools and data sources to provide budget and contract insights that align with parameters and fair market value guidance.

• Quickly identify and address potential delays, escalating issues to the appropriate team members as necessary.

• Monitor all actions and negotiations to ensure that timelines for studies and assigned sites are met.

• Assist in resolving escalated issues identified by the site activation sub-team in collaboration with the internal Study Startup team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent international qualification.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or relevant industry vendor.

• Capability to articulate data in a manner that supports data-driven decision-making processes.

• Familiarity with and understanding of clinical study protocols and assessment schedules.

• Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills.
