This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing through electronic processing and reporting activities for a designated portfolio of accounts.
• Engage in contract management tasks, taking ownership of your deliverables while collaborating effectively.
• Negotiate directly with assigned sites regarding all contracting aspects, including clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements, and amendments.
• Collaborate with the internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners to enhance overall SB&C metrics and streamline processes.
• Ensure that standards are consistently applied to SB&C processes across all projects.
• Monitor all actions and negotiations to guarantee that timelines for studies and assigned sites are met.
• Assist in resolving escalated issues identified by the site activation sub-team in collaboration with the internal Study Startup team.
• Bachelor's degree or its international equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or a relevant industry vendor.
• Ability to articulate data effectively to support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of and familiarity with clinical study protocols and schedules of assessments.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills.
