Contract Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Prepare, validate, and execute invoicing through electronic processing and reporting activities for a designated portfolio of accounts.

• Assist in contract management activities, taking ownership of deliverables and collaborating effectively.

• Engage directly with assigned sites on all contracting matters related to the site, including clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements, and amendments.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall SB&C metrics and streamline processes.

• Ensure that standards are consistently applied to SB&C processes across various projects.

• Monitor all actions and negotiations to guarantee that timelines are met for the studies and sites assigned.

• Aid in resolving escalated issues identified by the site activation sub-team in collaboration with the internal Study Startup team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an international equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or a relevant industry vendor.

• Capability to interpret data to support decision-making processes, ensuring a data-driven approach.

• Knowledge and comprehension of clinical study protocols and schedules of assessments.

• Excellent organizational skills, along with strong decision-making, communication, and negotiation abilities.
