Contract Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Prepare, validate, and execute invoicing through electronic processing and reporting tasks for a designated portfolio of accounts.

• Engage in contract management tasks, assuming responsibility for deliverables and collaborating effectively.

• Negotiate directly with assigned sites regarding all site-related contracting matters, including clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements, and amendments.

• Collaborate with the internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners to enhance overall SB&C metrics and streamline processes.

• Ensure that standards are consistently applied to the SB&C processes across various projects.

• Swiftly identify potential delays and improve them while escalating issues to the appropriate team members.

• Monitor all actions and negotiations to guarantee that timelines are met for assigned studies and sites.

• Assist in resolving escalated issues identified by the site activation sub-team in collaboration with the internal Study Startup team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or relevant industry vendor.

• Proficient in explaining data to support decision-making processes that are data-driven.

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of clinical study protocols and assessment schedules.

• Excellent organizational skills, decision-making capabilities, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
