Contract Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead discussions with investigative sites regarding clinical trial agreements, site budgets, payment schedules, contract modifications, and associated documentation.

• Aid in the development, execution, and upkeep of master clinical trial agreement processes.

• Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Study Start-Up teams, external service providers, and other essential stakeholders to ensure prompt site activation.

• Confirm that contracting and budgeting tasks are finalized according to internal standards, study timelines, and relevant regulations.

• Employ industry benchmarking tools and fair market value guidelines to create and evaluate site budgets.

• Track contract and budget progress, proactively identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Keep precise documentation and tracking of negotiations to guarantee that project deadlines are achieved.

• Assist in resolving intricate contract or budget-related challenges that may affect study start-up.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent credentials in a relevant scientific or healthcare field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical trial contracting, budgeting, or study start-up within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research organization.

• Proficient understanding of clinical research regulations, including ICH-GCP and applicable global regulatory standards.

• Knowledge of clinical trial agreements, investigator site budgets, and fair market value concepts.

• Familiarity with clinical study protocols and assessment schedules.
