Contract Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Prepare, validate, and process invoicing through electronic methods and reporting for a designated portfolio of accounts.

• Assist in contract management tasks and take ownership of deliverables.

• Maintain and nurture client relationships effectively.

• Reconcile accounts and investigate any discrepancies.

• Stay informed about contract progress related to invoicing units.

• Collaborate closely with the Revenue team to ensure prompt billing and address discrepancies for assigned clients.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in contract analysis and budget negotiation within clinical research is essential.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).

• Legal authorization to work in Hungary.
